2. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is offering $3 Billion for port authorities and state, regional, local, and tribal agencies with jurisdiction over ports, and air pollution control agencies to deploy zero-emission port equipment and to purchase and install charging infrastructure through its Clean Ports Program. EPA will provide reimbursement of up to $500 Million, up to 80-90% of total eligible project costs, depending on applicant and project details. Applications will be evaluated competitively and will be accepted between February 2024 and May 2024.
3. The National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program allocates $5 billion in funding for EV charging infrastructure across 75,000 miles of highway across the country. Your organization must be within one mile of an established alternative fuel corridor to qualify and may need to meet other requirements as well.

- Fleet Electrification Assessment – American Electric Power (AEP) Texas. AEP Texas offers discounted advisory services to fleets to analyze vehicle electrification opportunities. Eligible applicants must be AEP Texas fleet customers that own and operate trucks, forklifts, buses, or passenger vehicles.
2. Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Network Pilot Program – CPS Energy. CPS offers residential customers that own an EV access to the FlexEV Public Charging program network for an annual fee of $96 per EV.

3. The CPS Energy FlexEV Smart Rewards program offers a $250 bill credit to residential customers who own a smart Level 2 EV charging station.

4. FlexEV Off-Peak Rewards. Sign up for FlexEV Off-Peak Rewards and earn a $125 credit on your utility bill for agreeing to charge during off-peak hours. Plus, if you limit your charging to no more than twice monthly during peak hours, you’ll earn a $10 credit for the month.

7. Austin Energy offers residential customers who own an EV a rebate of 50% of the cost to purchase and install a qualified Level 2 EV charging station, up to $1,200.
