2. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is offering $3 Billion for port authorities and state, regional, local, and tribal agencies with jurisdiction over ports, and air pollution control agencies to deploy zero-emission port equipment and to purchase and install charging infrastructure through its Clean Ports Program. EPA will provide reimbursement of up to $500 Million, up to 80-90% of total eligible project costs, depending on applicant and project details. Applications will be evaluated competitively and will be accepted between February 2024 and May 2024.

3. The National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program allocates $5 billion in funding for EV charging infrastructure across 75,000 miles of highway across the country. Your organization must be within one mile of an established alternative fuel corridor to qualify and may need to meet other requirements as well.

Oregon

2. EWEB offers rebates to residential customers for the installation of EV charging stations. Residential customers may receive a rebate of up to $500 for a Level 2 EV charging station.

3. EWEB offers rebates of up to $1,500 for public Level 2 EV charging stations and up to $15,000 for public direct current fast charging (DCFC) stations to Commercial customers. Eligible commercial customers include businesses, workplaces, fleets, and multifamily dwellings. Multifamily dwellings at affordable housing sites are eligible for a rebate of up to $2,000 per Level 2 EV charging station.

5. The PGE Fleet Partner Program offers commercial customers a fleet analysis, recommendations for electrification infrastructure, and a custom incentive and turnkey design for electric vehicle supply equipment siting and installation. 6. PGE offers residential customers a rebate of $300 for the purchase of a Level 2 EV charging station. Customers that earn up to 80% median income for their household size are eligible for a rebate of $1,000. An additional rebate of up to $5,000 is available for electrical panel upgrades. 8. Consumers Power Inc.  $400 instant rebate to install a qualifying EV charging station.

9. Emerald People’s Utility District  $200 in rebates when you install a qualifying Level 2 charger at home.

10. Pacific Power offers grants to commercial customers for transportation electrification projects in underserved communities. Funding awards may cover up to 100% of the eligible project costs.
