UNABLE TO TURN ON THE CHARGER
• Check the power supply and cables to make sure that they are properly connected and not damaged in any way.
• Check that the charger’s circuit breaker in your electrical panel is in the fully ON position.
UNABLE TO START CHARGING
• Inspect the vehicle connector to ensure it is free from foreign objects and check the cable for any visible damage. Make sure the connector and the vehicle socket are securely connected.
• Verify that the charger is not set to “Schedule” mode in the Spark app.
• Ensure that the vehicle is properly set up for charging.
CHARGING ERROR
• If the charger is blinking red, open the Spark app to view the specific error. Then, refer to the user manual for detailed steps on how to resolve the error.
THE PHONE CANNOT FIND THE CHARGER
• To reconnect to the network, please power-cycle the charger (turn it off and then back on from the charger’s circuit breaker in your electrical panel). Make sure to connect to the charger network within the first 2 minutes after powering it on.
