1 - Download the App

Download the Soneil Spark app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or simply scan the QR code to download.

2 - SIGN IN

Sign in by creating an account with your valid Apple or Google credentials.

3 - ADD A CHARGER

Go to the My Chargers screen and tap Add A Charger.

4 - ADD A CHARGER

Either Scan the QR code or manually enter the charger serial number and click Submit. You can find the QR code and serial number on the label attached on the side of the charger.

5 - ADD A CHARGER

Go to your phone’s Wi-Fi SETTINGS and connect to the network named Spark-1234. A unique FOUR-DIGIT NUMBER WILL APPEAR ON Your WiFi settings for your charger. Use Password: SparkPower123

6 - ADD A CHARGER

Once connected to the Spark-1234 network, return to the app on the same screen.

7 - ADD A CHARGER

Enter your home Wi-Fi SSID (Name) and password, then click Connect Device to WiFi to complete the setup. For iOS users, after tapping Connect Device to Wi-Fi, go to Settings, connect to your home Wi-Fi, then return to the app

8 - ADD A CHARGER

After connecting, the charger will automatically be added to your account and appear on the Home screen.
